The accolades continue to roll in. First it was the J.D. Power IQS Award for the Sonata followed by the AJAC and World of Wheels magazine wins for the all-new Tucson. Today, further evidence that Hyundai is on the winning path. According to a survey released yesterday by Consumer Reports magazine, the 2004 Hyundai Sonata was ranked as the most reliable 2004 vehicle sold in America. Consumer Reports magazine's annual review of auto reliability, which has a powerful influence on vehicle reputations in North America, stated that "Our latest survey of subscribers' experiences with their cars shows that the 2004 Hyundai Sonata is the single most reliable vehicle." The lengthy review went on to state that the Sonata had only 2 problems per 100 vehicles (a figure called the problem rate) and said that this showing "further establishes Hyundai's remarkable turnaround from one of the least reliable brands to one the best". Driven by quality products, high customer loyalty and third party endorsements such as this, the Hyundai brand is building momentum as the company continues its rapid-fire product offensive with the introduction of the all-new 2006 Sonata, Accent, Azera and other products.
